There is a charming new way to explore Carefree this summer! Charm Your Way Through Carefree starts August 1 and runs until September 18. Celebrate Carefree’s small-town charm while supporting local businesses and collecting beautiful keepsakes along the way.
Each solid sterling silver charm was designed and created by Modernly Mindful and reflects the unique personality of each business or of Carefree itself. Whether you are adding to an existing charm bracelet, starting a new collection, or creating your first bracelet ever, these high-quality charms are a meaningful way to carry a piece of Carefree with you.
All charms range from $40 to $55, depending on the color and complexity of the design, and each charm includes an optional FREE silver-plated bracelet at any participating location. Upgraded stainless steel, gold, and solid sterling silver bracelets are also available for purchase at Modernly Mindful, located next to the English Rose Tea Room.
Many participating businesses are located in Los Portales Mall, which will soon undergo redevelopment. This campaign is a special opportunity to support these businesses and take home a piece of their Carefree story before they relocate or close.

How it Works
1. Start Your Bracelet
Receive a FREE silver-plated bracelet with the purchase of a charm at any participating location. Upgraded options, including stainless steel and gold, are available for purchase at Modernly Mindful.
2. Collect Your Charms
All charms are available throughout the campaign, so collect your favorites anytime! Use the map to explore participating businesses and create your own one-of-a-kind Carefree bracelet.
3. Follow the Fun
Follow @TownOfCarefree on social media as each week we will feature two charms—and the business behind them!
4. Enjoy Carefree
Make a whole day of it! Shop, stroll, dine, and discover something new each time you visit.

Completed in 1959, the iconic Carefree Sundial quickly became a beloved landmark and lasting symbol of the community, inspiring the Town’s official charm for the Charm Your Way Through Carefree campaign.
100% of this charms proceeds will be donated to the Carefree-Cave Creek Chamber Foundation to support the local business community!
